One of the most visually stunning didges when it comes to wood grain, feature shapes and spalting patterns.
This is a very wide bored instrument which means the sound quality of the drone is about as rich as it gets. Its a very low note which is absolutely brilliant for slow meditative work, although for those who know how it is more that capable of high speed. As you would expect from a wider bore the toot is not as easy to achieve but has a delightfully resonant note. An absolutely stunning instrument!!
The wood was naturally sourced locally, some from fallen trees I find along the way, and some coppiced at Woodland trusts for Woodland regeneration with no negative effect on the environment. All found around Kent, Sussex and Surrey.
