The relatively open bore and low note of this piece of bloodwood eucalyptus is what gives it such a resonant full bodied sound, with a gentle taper throughout giving it a lovely back pressure making it nice and comfortable to play. Vocals come through hauntingly and bouncy rhythms work very nicely indeed.
This instrument is one of my latest set of termite eaten eucalyptus harvested just outside Brisban Australia, shipped over to me in sunny Gravesend UK and turned into the highest quality didgeridoos. This batch has a mix of bloodwood, woolybut and stringy bark.
You can always feel free to phone me to hear sound samples and to discuss which didgeridoo would suit you best!
