This didge is absolutely superb for high speed percussive tooting rhythms with a beautiful resonant drone and a clean ,crisp, sharp toot.!!! It could also be describe very much like a yidaki in its shape and its sound qualities, very good for hard tongue techniques. It has a very rich, classic dark blood wood shaft going down into a very nicely shaped bell. A very well balance back pressure making it easy to play. This is a very good stick!!
This instrument is one of my latest set of termite eaten eucalyptus harvested just outside Brisban Australia, shipped over to me in sunny Gravesend UK and turned into the highest quality didgeridoos. This batch has a mix of bloodwood, woolybut and stringy bark.
